Is this a free AI coach?

Yes. The first Atlas session is free. Atlas is an AI coach in Telegram: it asks questions about one situation, and you answer at your own pace. It is not a chat with me. It is a self-guided coaching session with AI.

What is a thinking upgrade?

It is not fixing yourself and not positive thinking. We look at how, in one situation, a thought triggers a feeling and a usual reaction that leads back to the same result. The upgrade starts when that link becomes visible and you can choose another way to act.

Is this therapy?

No. We unpack one concrete situation and see how thoughts and feelings shape decisions and actions. I do not diagnose or treat. These meetings and Atlas are not medical or psychotherapeutic help and do not replace it.

How is Atlas different from a meeting with you?

Atlas is a Telegram bot chat. It asks questions; you answer when it suits you. In a meeting we talk live: I can clarify answers and change the course of the conversation.

The first Atlas session is free. After it you can book a free review with me. Without the bot, the first meeting is paid.

How long is a bot session?

No hard time limit. You can finish in one sitting or pause and return later, even one message a day.

Who is this not for?

If you are in acute crisis, someone is in danger, or you need urgent medical help — contact emergency services or a specialist. That needs a different kind of help.

This format also will not fit if you only want ready-made advice without unpacking the situation.

What about privacy?

I do not publish private stories from meetings or Atlas chats. A fragment may appear on the site as an example or review only with separate consent and without details that identify a person.

Before you start, Atlas shows consent and the privacy policy. For AI replies, message text goes to the DeepSeek API without name, phone, or Telegram id. Age and gender may shape tone only if you set them. In the bot: `/privacy`, `/my_data`, `/delete_data`.

Is the review after Atlas really free?

Yes. If you finished an Atlas session, we can meet for a free diagnostic: check the bot's conclusions, look at the repeating pattern, and name the next step. Without Atlas, the first meeting is paid.

How do I book a meeting without the bot?
